§ 46-39. Audible alarms.

All alarms which may be heard in any public place shall be equipped and maintained with an automatic reset button which silences the annunciator within 15 minutes after activation and which will not sound again as a result of the same event that resulted in the original activation. Violation of this section shall result in a civil penalty as established by resolution of the city commission.
