§ 42-41. Retaliation, coercion, interference, obstruction or prevention of compliance with this article.

  • It is an unlawful discriminatory practice for a person to conspire to:

    (1)

    Retaliate or discriminate against a person because such person opposed a discriminatory practice or because such person has made a charge, filed a complaint, testified, assisted or participated in an investigation, proceeding or hearing under this article;

    (2)

    Aid, abet, incite or coerce a person to engage in any unlawful discriminatory practice;

    (3)

    Willfully interfere with the performance of a duty or the exercise of a power by the administrator, board or one of its staff members or representatives; or

    (4)

    Willfully obstruct or prevent a person from complying with the provisions of this article or an order issued under this article.
