§ 38-135. Recordkeeping; exemption from public disclosure.

(a)

Upon receipt of a disclosure form, the fire rescue department shall maintain files of all disclosure forms received.

(b)

Under the provisions of F.S. § 252.88(3), any and all information, including but not limited to site plans and specific location information on hazardous materials furnished to the fire rescue department pursuant to this section shall be confidential and exempt from the provisions of F.S. § 119.07(1).
