§ 38-102. Establishment of fees for emergency medical services.

Except as otherwise provided in this article, the city commission shall, by resolution, establish fees to be charged for emergency medical services provided. Each year, during its annual budget review, the city commission shall evaluate and may adjust or modify the fees charged.
