§ 38-73. Enforcement through codes enforcement board.

The fire marshal, or the building official upon request from the fire marshal, may initiate action before the special magistrate to obtain compliance with this article and payment of service charges assessed by the city pursuant to section 38-64. The special magistrate shall have the authority to place a lien against the property served by an automatic fire detection system in the amount of all assessed service charges.
