§ 38-71. Responsibility of central station systems contractor to report fire alarm signals.

Nothing in this article shall be deemed to relieve a central station systems contractor of the responsibility of promptly reporting all automatic fire detection signals signaling a fire alarm from an occupancy supervised by them to the fire rescue department.
