§ 38-53. Exit doors not to be locked or fastened during performance.

It shall be unlawful for the lessee, manager, owner or persons in charge of any church, assembly hall, lodge hall, theater or other public buildings within the city to permit any exit door to be locked or fastened immediately prior to, during or immediately after services, performance, lecture, exhibition, hall or other public gathering.
