§ 38-52. Wheelchairs, etc. in foyers, lobbies, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place or cause or permit to be placed any wheelchair or any readily movable object in any foyer, lobby or entrance to any church, assembly hall, theater or any other public buildings within the city which is liable to be moved or knocked into any aisle, passageway, or corridor thereof.
