§ 38-49. Fire district boundaries.

The boundaries of the fire district are shown upon the map which is made part of this section by reference, which map is designated as the "Fire District Map" on file with the city clerk, or as subsequently amended by resolution of the city commission. An area shall be deemed to be within the fire district if one-third or more of the area is located therein.
