§ 38-47. Establishment of limits of districts in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited.

(a)

The limits in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited are hereby established as follows: In established fire limits.

(b)

The limits in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited are hereby established as follows: Zones W, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, C-2, C-3 and established fire limits. Any location must be approved by the fire chief or the fire marshal in charge of the bureau of fire prevention.
