§ 2-269. Employee relations division.

  • (a)

    There is hereby created, within the human resources department, the employee relations division.

    (b)

    The duties of the employee division shall include: responsibility for collective bargaining, labor contract administration, employee grievance, discipline and arbitration processing and administration of management referrals to an employee assistance program (EAP).
