§ 2-199. Budget division.

(a)

There is hereby created, within the finance department, the budget division.

(b)

The head of the budget division of the city shall be know as the budget manager.

(c)

The budget manager shall institute procedures to ensure that there is a system of controls adequate to provide that funds expended are pursuant to approved budget and appropriations.
