§ 2-198. Cash management division.

(a)

There is hereby created, as a division within the finance department, the cash management division.

(b)

The head of the cash management division shall be known as the cash management coordinator.

(c)

The cash management coordinator shall receive all moneys due the city from any source and shall also be responsible for the establishment of systems and policies for the control of the receipt and deposit of cash for the city and for the verification of such policies and for the collection of moneys due the city.
