§ 2-132. Head of office; functions and powers; divisions.

(a)

The head of the office of the mayor shall be the mayor.

(b)

The duties, responsibilities and powers of the mayor shall be as set forth in the Charter.

(c)

The office of the mayor shall include the following divisions:

(1)

City administrator's office;

(2)

City clerk's office; and

(3)

Youth and family services division;
