§ 2-430. Head of department; functions and powers; divisions.

(a)

The head of the department shall be known as the director of engineering services.

(b)

The engineering services department shall be responsible for all engineering, design, permitting and construction administration of all projects relating to city facilities and engineering review and permitting for land development facilities including but not limited to roadway, transportation, utilities and sanitation.
