§ 26-32. Jurisdiction.

  • (a)

    Except as otherwise provided, the special master shall have the jurisdiction and authority to hear and to decide any alleged violations of the codes and ordinances of the city.

    (b)

    The jurisdiction of the special master shall not be exclusive. Any alleged violation of any of the codes and ordinances may be pursued by any other appropriate remedy allowed by law.
