§ 22-374. Surrender of other licenses upon issuance.

Upon being issued a permit for a going-out-of-business sale, the permittee shall surrender to the business tax official all other business tax receipts and certificate of uses he may hold at that time applicable to the location, receipts he may hold at that time applicable to the location and goods covered by the application for a permit under this division, which business tax receipts or certificate of uses shall thereupon be cancelled.
