§ 22-372. Application; inventory of goods.

Permits required by this division shall be issued by the city business tax official, upon written application, on the form prescribed by the city. Such application shall contain a description of the place where such sale is to be held, the nature of the occupancy, i.e., whether by lease or sublease, the effective date of termination of such occupancy and the means to be employed in publishing such sale. Such application shall further contain, as a part thereof, an itemized list of the goods to be offered for sale.
