§ 22-353. Books and records of permittee.

Suitable books and records, as prescribed by the business tax official or his authorized agent, shall be kept by the permittee under this article and shall be available during business hours to the business tax official or his authorized agent. At the close of business each day, the stock list attached to the application shall be revised, and those items disposed of during such day shall be so marked thereon.
