§ 22-274. Revocation of identification cards; grounds.
Identification cards may be revoked by the police chief for any one of the following causes:
(1)
Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application.
(2)
Fraud, misrepresentation or false statement made in the course of carrying on his business as a peddler.
(3)
Any violation of any of the provisions of this division.
(4)
Conviction of the licensee within the last five years of any felony or misdemeanor involving dishonesty.
(5)
Conducting the business of peddling in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
