§ 22-403. Compliance dates.

Any convenience store, which is open for business on the effective date of this article or within two weeks thereof, shall be in compliance with the requirements of this article within 30 days from the effective date of this article; and any convenience store which opens for business after two weeks from the effective date of this article shall be in compliance with the requirements in this article on the first day of business.
