§ 22-122. Identification cards; renewal.

  • Identification cards shall be issued to each person registering under section 22-121, which identification card shall be renewed by the holder thereof each 36 months thereafter by re-registration as set forth in such section. A sum established by resolution of the city commission and on file in the city clerk's office shall be paid for each identification card or renewal thereof.
