§ 22-121. Registration, photographing and fingerprinting required.
(a)
Every person employed in or who is employed by any establishment selling alcoholic beverages at retail as provided in section 6-2, every driver of a taxicab, jitney and other vehicles for hire in the city, and every secondary metal recycler, junk merchant, or junk peddler in the city, as defined in section 22-419, is hereby required to register with the police department within 72 hours from the time of his employment, such registration to be kept by the police chief. In addition to such registration, such person shall be fingerprinted and photographed.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for anyone required to register under this section to fail to do so or to give any false information regarding himself in so registering.
