§ 22-36. Delinquent certificate of use; failure to obtain; penalty.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article or otherwise fails to obtain, or allows to expire, the certificate of use as required by this article shall be subject to prosecution in the manner provided by section 1-13 of this Code and as provided for in this article.
