§ 18-164. License fees.

(a)

The license fee which shall be charged by the city or any license issued under this article or for license renewal required by this article shall be established by resolution of the city commission.

(b)

The license fee shall be tendered with application for issuance of license and annually thereafter on or before the date of license renewal.
