§ 18-163. Application.

The owner of each rental unit existing on the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived shall file an application on the form prescribed by the city. In addition, the legal owner of record of each rental unit constructed after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived shall make a written application to the city for a license prior to any initial occupancy.
