§ 14-33. Dogs in violation of article found in custody of minors presumed owned by parent, etc., of minor.

In the case of any prosecutions under this article, where it shall be found that a dog is in the custody or under control of a minor, it shall be presumed that the owner of such dog is the parent or legal guardian of such minor.
