§ 14-32. Vicious dogs to be accompanied by attendant.

No person owning, harboring or having in his possession any dog known to be vicious or known to have bitten any person or animal shall permit or allow such dog to run at large within the city or shall allow such dog to be upon the streets, boulevards, roads or alleys of the city, unless accompanied by an attendant who shall have such dog firmly held by collar and leash.
