§ 10-62. Public liability insurance required.

The applicant for a permit under this article shall furnish evidence that a public liability insurance policy, issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state, in an amount determined by the city's risk manager for injuries to one person, or for injuries to more than one person which are sustained in the same accident, and for property damage resulting from any one accident, shall be in force and effect at the time such structure is to be occupied as a place of assembly by the public.
